Will free WiFi be provided at CommandFest Orlando?
WiFi will not be provided at the event.
What should I do if I become separated from my family or friends?

Can you make an announcement for me?
We regret that we are unable to utilize the public address system to make announcements for fans or exhibitors. We recommend coordinating a prearranged meeting time and location with your companions.
Where do I sign up for events?
Head to the Event Signup station inside the hall after you’ve picked up your badge to register for events at CommandFest Orlando.
What do Vouchers mean?
Vouchers are for event entry and grant access to those events with no charge. However, Constructed Pod Entry Vouchers do not include sealed or limited format events.
What does Constructed mean?
Constructed refers to Magic: The Gathering formats where you build your deck using your own collection of cards before the event.
Where is the Lost and Found?
Lost and Found is located at the Judge station. Please check there for any misplaced items.
How do I recover items after the event?
To recover lost items after the event, contact CoolStuffInc Customer Support with a clear description of the missing items.
How do I find a game?
Look for the Looking For A Game sign next to the Creator Clash area to find other players and join games.

What are the security protocols at CommandFest Orlando?
Ensuring the safety and security of our attendees, exhibitors, and staff is our utmost priority.
All participants at CommandFest Orlando should be aware of the following:
- Event personnel may approach you to provide assistance outside, at entry points, or within CommandFest Orlando.
- Wearing your CommandFest Orlando badge is mandatory at all times in the event hall. This applies to exhibitors, vendors, attendees, speakers, guests, artists, professionals, press, staff, and crew.
- Bag checks may be conducted at our events.
All CommandFest Orlando attendees are kindly requested to:
- Keep personal belongings with you at all times and avoid leaving items unattended.
- Report any suspicious, unusual, or out-of-place observations to CommandFest Orlando staff.
- Adhere to the instructions of CommandFest Orlando staff at all times.
- On your last day attending CommandFest Orlando, consider keeping your badge as a memento or disposing of it properly inside the venue or after returning home. Please avoid selling it to scalpers or discarding it in outdoor trash cans, as scalpers might exploit this opportunity.
- Carry an official form of photo identification, such as a passport, driver’s license, or government-issued ID.
How does CommandFest Orlando address counterfeit items?
CommandFest Orlando strictly prohibits the sale and purchase of counterfeit, knock-off, unlicensed, or bootleg materials. We are committed to upholding intellectual property rights. Violators of this policy may face confiscation of counterfeit items and/or removal from the event.
Can I bring my pet to CommandFest Orlando?
We apologize for any inconvenience, but please leave your furry companions at home. CommandFest Orlando only permits the presence of service animals
What are the guidelines for cosplay weapons and props at CommandFest Orlando?
CommandFest Orlando enforces a strict prohibition on hate symbols, including those incorporated into cosplay. Costumes that bear hate symbols or evoke the symbolism of hate groups, even in historical, satirical, or comic-related contexts, are not allowed at the event.
Pending approval by on-site staff, the following items may be permissible:
- Lightweight plastic and metal shields
- Lightweight plastic/PVC props
- Toy guns resembling real ones, yet non-functional and incapable of firing projectiles, with an orange tip on the barrel
- Prop bows, provided arrows possess soft foam or cardboard tips and the bow is de-strung. Our team will de-string bows if necessary.
Any of the above items considered unsafe by CommandFest Orlando Staff will be denied entry.
Will there be prop weapon and bag checks at CommandFest Orlando?
Management reserves the right to exercise sole discretion on matters that may affect public safety or the event’s integrity.
Functional props or weapons are not permitted at CommandFest Orlando. Simulated or costume weapons might be allowed, subject to prior staff approval. Bag checks will be conducted upon entry, and prop weapons will be tagged as needed.
Entry Badges
Where do I pick up my badge?
Outside the hall, before you enter CommandFest Orlando, our registration staff will be happy to assist you.
Who requires a badge?
All individuals aged 6 and above must secure a badge to attend CommandFest Orlando. Children under the age of 6 can accompany a paying adult badge holder at no additional cost.
It’s important to note that all minors under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
When can I preregister for Events?
All events at CommandFest Orlando are signed up during the event itself, so no online preregistration is available.
What is the refund policy?
We kindly request that you make your badge choices thoughtfully. Once acquired, CommandFest Orlando badges are non-refundable and non-transferable. Furthermore, badges cannot be replicated or resold. Upgrade packages may be available on-site while supplies last.

Masking Recommended
For the safety of yourself and others, masking during your visit to CommandFest Orlando is strongly encouraged. We will have masks and masking stations available in the hall.
